Founder and sustainability consultant Dr. Iva Jestratijevic works with designers, brands, retailers, municipalities, and other stakeholders to evaluate markets, waste systems, and policies to drive scalable circular solutions.

We offer year-round educational talks, available online or in person at schools, universities, organizations, and offices. These one-hour sessions explore textile waste (how clothing is made, used, and discarded), its environmental impact, and how individuals and companies can be part of the solution.

Rethread provides practical, accessible solutions for Dallas–Fort Worth communities to extend the life of unwanted clothing. Through our year-round “Host a Bin” program, we partner with municipalities, schools, businesses, and brands to place collection bins for clothing, shoes, and accessories to be reused or recycled. We also offer convenient doorstep pickups. Just let us know when you’re ready!

Secondhand shopping is smart! It saves money, reduces waste, and lets you express your style while supporting a sustainable economy. At Rethread, items are carefully selected from our collection program, with up to 5% resold to support operations and educational initiatives. The rest is donated to local charity partners, including shelters and clothing pantries.
